It's so refreshing when a repairperson arrives on time, knows what they're doing, and is honest and straightforward with you regarding the issues your appliance is experiencing. And the cost was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend.

We have used Aa dependable on multiple occasions with our previous warranty place we got a new one, and we’ll let’s just say they failed and we remembered Fred at AA who was always very professional, dependable. And reached out, and can I say we put in a claim 12/5/2022 and still no one since they no showed then found out no one in our area. We were able to get Fred out and fix the problem! We highly recommend AA Dependable Appliance Service! Fred, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our clothes washer, a 30 year old Maytag, explained the problem and the simple fix, had the repair parts on his truck and restored our machine to operation in a short time. AA Dependable gets an A+ from us.

Efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. They show up in time frame provided, and quickly diagnosed problem...My tech was Kevin who was very friendly and explained what the issuec was and quickly fixed and verified problem was resolved. I highly recommend this Company.

We have had two occasions to call on AA Dependable Service (for a dryer and refrigerator). Both times Kevin was the Technician and he was great. He came out quickly to our house both times and quickly identified the problem each time. The dryer he fixed the same day. The refrigerator needed a part ordered; once it came in Kevin came to our house the next day and installed it and it runs great. Quality work! Thank you!

I’d definitely recommend this service. The technician that serviced our dryer, Kevin, was great. We thought we’d have to replace it, but he was able to tell us what the problem was and show us how to avoid the same issue in the future. Great service!

Kevin was great he arrived in a timely manor ,he is very knowledgeable and answered all of are questions about our washer. Kevin also called the next day to check on the washer. We will definitely use this business in the future.

Fred W. came out, addressed the issue (don’t do a home fix!) on the oven within minutes. The next day we had parts ordered, and right after that, Fred was back at the house replacing my broken oven pieces. He was quick, extremely professional and friendly! We received fabulous customer service and a functioning oven. I’m so grateful we called AA Dependable and so grateful for Fred!
